How to deal with life and seasonal depression

1. Keep a tight sleep schedule
- Sleep at 10 pm
- Wake up at 8 pm

2. Stretch out - YOGA -

3. Go for a walk with Marley

4. Eat properly

5. Coffee

6. Read at least 10 pages

7. Do something uncomfortable - like talking on the phone or running

8. Dance for 10 minutes

9. Buy concert tickets - Cameron Winter

10. Make a list of affirmations - say them out loud

11. Do something you like, play guitar/piano, write, draw

12. Sell something on Vinted

13. Talk nice to yourself and your family (count to ten if not possible)

14. Accept life like how it is right now, its only temporary

15. Sign up for drivers license

16. Film something on the camera

17. Write a letter to yourself

18. Make lists of dreams

19. Plan an exiting trip, like Berlin or Ireland 

20. Try not to check social media

21. Dont drink alcohol for 3 weeks or 4 weeks - yes mamma your can do it

22. Dont do it tomorrow do it today!
